5. EXCHANGES
The fastest way to ensure you get the product you want is to return the original item and place a new order for the desired item.
6. RIGHT TO CANCEL (UK & EU CUSTOMERS)
If your order is shipped within the United Kingdom or European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason, without justification.
As with standard returns, the item must be unused, unworn, in its original packaging, and with proof of purchase.
7. REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved:

- Refunds typically take up to 10 business days to be credited.
